Global Young Partners Reunion 2024

For Julius Baer’s Global Young Partners Reunion, held at the W Hotel in Bangkok, I was tasked with creating a detailed 3D model of the event space to support planning and client approvals.

Working from 2D photographs and on-site measurements, I reconstructed the venue in Blender, modelling the room architecture, proposed furniture, plants, and equipment. This gave the client and production team a fully accurate visualisation of how the event would look and function before build-out.

The 3D environment was used not only for concept presentation but also as the final reference plan during setup, ensuring alignment between the design intent and the live event experience.
