For Julius Baer’s Alpha Conference 2025, I created stage backdrop concepts and 3D previews to support client approval and production planning across the event spaces.

The brief called for restrained, cohesive stage visuals that complemented the conference theme and remained consistent with Julius Baer’s established identity. I developed the backdrop elements, modelled them in 3D and perspective-composited the designs into photographs of the proposed venues, allowing the client to assess scale, placement and overall visual balance before manufacture.

The finished presentation provided a clear and accurate reference for planning, approval and installation. Although deliberately simple in appearance, the work reduced uncertainty around the physical environment and helped ensure that the produced stages remained aligned with the approved design direction.
